A corporate finance advisory firm with a focus on Japan related M&A is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant.TYPE:
Permanent, Full-time
WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:30 from Monday to Friday
SALARY:
Depending on experience

LOCATION:
Suburb of Oxford (partly remote)
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Diary management
- Regular liaison with clients, associates and suppliers
- Website articles and management
- CRM system maintenance, Christmas card production and sending
- Travel arrangements
- Production of presentations and reports in company format
- GDPR administration with external consultant
- IT administration with external consultant
- Office infrastructure management (telephones, equipment)
- Database support (Capital IQ)
- Arranging marketing events with clients
- Arranging social events for the company**:
- Minute taking
- Ad hoc private support to CEO
- Obtaining quotes from contractors, arranging visits, reviewing proposals
- Point of contact for contractors coming to do work
- Support for all aspects of renovation and office space creation
- Catalogue of stock
- Adding contacts to CRM
- Support systems to prepare the company to resume trading
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Experience as an EA
- Proficient in IT (Microsoft Word / PowerPoint / Excel)
- Full driving license
- Native level fluency in English
- Some understanding of Japanese culture and Japanese language would be advantageous
