As a Senior Technology Business Analyst, you will be working for the BX Strategic Change team who are accountable for empowering colleagues across the Group to deliver on Change initiatives in an efficient and controlled way with quality outcomes.

Youwill be working in partnership with Portfolio Management Teams to promote stewardship, define and implement the risk policy and standards, and manage the corresponding governance, controls, tooling, MI, learning, adoption, and communications activity in orderto implement End to End change policy.

What will you be doing?:


  • Bringing standard practices for delivering business analysis within the E2E Change Programme and across the BX Strategic Change team
  • Documenting current state practices and processes
  • Getting to know the business and its pain points I order to
  • Delivering design proposals and options to solve the pain points experienced by change practitioners (functional, data, processes, controls, metrics, tools, governance, outputs)
  • Liaising with stakeholders across Barclays including Technology to deliver fitforpurpose solutions
  • MI Reporting to Senior Management on findings across the business

What we're looking for:


  • Proven experience in data analysis, including SQL data queries and data interrogation
  • Data modelling experience
  • Proficiency in business process modelling
  • Experience with Finance processes Product Control and Financial Control

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Project Management experience
  • Good knowledge of Investment Banking / Financial Services products
  • Ability to understand and deal with competing priorities

Where will you be working?
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford.

The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations.
