_Are you an experienced Shift Plant Manager?_

_Do you have experience within Chemical Manufacturing?_

My client, based in Sandwell, are seeking an experienced Shift Plant Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

A competitive salary of up to £35,000 is on offer, dependent on experience.

The role will be working on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, working 7.30am - 5.30pm.

Ideally have a Degree in Chemistry or Engineering
Have experience of line management in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing
Be confident in ensuring production and quality targets are met
Be experienced in maintaining plant safety and environmental standards
Have an understanding of COSHH
