Sales Progressor

Worthing

OTE £30/35K (basic £23k)

Sales ProgressorResponsibilities

  • Working closely with the members of the team in a busy department.
  • Progressing sales from 'offer agreed' through to 'completion'
  • Work with and build client relationships
  • Assist in tracking milestone events throughout the transaction process
  • Keep vendors and purchasers updated with milestone events
  • Liaise with surveyors and arrange access for valuation & surveys.
  • Assist in communication between all stakeholders and provide updates when appropriate
  • Assist in organising completion targets between parties
  • Overcome challenges throughout the transaction process
  • Ensure department pipeline is kept up to date

Sales ProgressorKey Skills

  • Industry experience essential
  • Selfmotivated, good organisational skills with the ability to multitask as part of a busy and successful team
  • Excellent communication skills, with a fine attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy, confident with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work as part of a team and by yourself during busy periods and take ownership of your own workload
  • Friendly, outgoing and personable character with a confident and professional manner
