Ambition is working with a Top 100 Accountancy Firm, based in London, who are seeking a Corporate Client Manager to join their corporate department.

The Role

As a Corporate Client Manager, you will be the 'go to person' for a portfolio of clients whilst project managing personally with a director or partner for each assignment.

The role will involve delegating resources and evaluating the work conducted by juniormembers of the team.

The responsibilities are not limited to but include:

  • To supervise the progress of assignments for completion in a methodical and welltimed manner.
  • Stay within budget to align with client expectations.
  • Manage development and performances through direct reports and mentoring.
  • Compose invoices for approval.
  • Undertake own research and attend CPD courses to maintain a solid understanding of current accounting standards and practices.

Requirements include:

  • Knowledge of UK GAAP.
  • Preparation of group accounts practical knowledge.
  • Prioritise deadlines and client expectations.
  • Adaptable to new circumstances and resilient to challenges that may arise.
  • Attention to detail to the company's processes and procedures.
  • Strong IT skills, including specialist finance packages and Microsoft Office.
