Description:

We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a well-established and reputable business based in Petersfield
:


Outline of Accounts Assistant role:


  • Daily posting and reconciliation of cash books to bank accounts
  • Daily posting of banks to accounting ledgers and allocation of cash
  • Processing monthly payments for overheads
  • Processing of bank loans and cash payments
  • Daily update of loan book
  • Liaising with our lenders as necessary
  • Assisting in the production of management accounts.
  • Producing estimates of the trading profits contracted in the month
  • Analysing and reconciling postings
  • Daily Reporting of the cash and collateral position of the company and group

Qualifications
AAT / CIMA / ACCA highly beneficial


Salary:

£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
