About the role
We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Assurance Assistant to work within the Customer Experience Team.

This role is key in providing a high level of quality support which includes the monitoring and accurate recording of complaints and other customer contact, providing feedback and guidance where necessary and contributing towards a positive customer experience.


  • Demonstrates experience in an office environment and have strong computer literacy skills.
  • Experience in operating and maintaining a range of computerised information systems, including spreadsheets and databases.
  • Experience in working as a first point of contact.
  • Be organised with high attention to detail.
