Our Communications and Engagement Executive will help to create and implement all our colleague engagement activities across Atlanta.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to be part of a team creating purposeful stories working with across all functions to deliver high quality communications for our employees.

How will you do this?

Joining our fun Communications & Engagement team, you will work with our Communications Manager and our Comms and Engagement consultants to help us bring our communications and engagement strategy to life.

A creative thinker, you will come up with different approaches to engage our colleagues through impactful communications.

A good communicator, you will develop a steady stream of both written and digital content, under the guidance of the team as help people to understand current business activities.

You will help us to deliver the actions from our people engagement surveys and drive communications that help our colleagues know the vision of Atlanta.

With passion and pace for everything you do, you will work on a range of projects, such as helping to embed our new values, our Reward and Recognition programme, our Diversity & Inclusion efforts, our Charity & Community projects and our wellness programme amongst others.

Always organised, you can plan and prioritise communications and will help managers across the business communicate issues to their teams using the right channels.

A natural relationship builder you will work with key stakeholders across the business to draft content and develop specific communication materials for different teams.

You will also collaborate with our parent company's Group Corporate Affairs team to support on group wide events for all colleagues.

Diligent in your approach you will analyse the data from our internal communications platform, Engage, to gain insight into user journeys whilst also managing the data supply for users.

You will help us to keep our internal platform updated whilst also monitoring our Atlanta Communications mailbox, actioning anything that is relevant.

Always proactive, you look for ways to help the team whilst taking an active interest in the communications landscape and your own development.
