    Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

    As a Deal Desk Executive, you will be an integral part of our sales teams, providing essential support in deal structuring, financial analysis, and process improvement. This is an entry level job, so would be a great opportunity for someone who's skilled at administration, good with numbers and interested in growing professionally within a Deal Desk function.

    What Will You Be Doing Day-To-Day?

    • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis to support deal structuring and financial decision-making.
    • Provide timely commercial support to internal teams, ensuring adherence to operational standards and legal requirements.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare commercial propositions and review complex bid documents.
    • Identify process improvement opportunities and provide sales training to enhance deal desk performance.
    • Engage with stakeholders to ensure validity of backend quotes for live deals and provide feedback to the sales team.
    • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards in all deals and transactions.

    What You'll Need

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Excellent financial analysis and manipulation skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail with strategic thinking abilities.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to influence, motivate, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
    • Continuous learner with a positive attitude and diplomatic approach.

    This role is predominantly home based, but you will be required to come into our Portsmouth office once per month.
