JOB SUMMARY:

  • Salary: £ £26000 per annum + bonuses + benefitsREF: 4433We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join a leading engineering company based in High Wycombe.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who have recently had a record year for sales and to develop your career.


The role is office based but after probation it would be hybrid - 3 days at home and 2 in the office.


We are looking for someone either from a customer service background or sales background, ideally with negotiating and closing experience.

Duties include

  • Develop lists of prospects from using public records
  • Schedule appointments for our external sales to meet prospective customers
  • Call prospective customers in designated market area to qualify leads and explain type of products offered
  • Inform customers of new or upgraded products
  • Quote prices, negotiation, and close sales
  • Follows up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems
  • Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management
  • Day to day contact with technical consultants and supporting them where possible
  • Ensuring all follow ups on Salesforce is up to date
  • Credit accounts and assisting the customer to find a solution
