    The Senior Content Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering and executing a B2B content marketing strategy that furthers the Clarivate reputation as a thought leader in the intellectual property industry and enables the demand marketing team to successfully engage customers and prospects.

    This position is highly collaborative, working globally in partnership with strategy, product management, sales, customer care, and the broader marketing organization, as well as directly with customers, partners and vendors. To be successful in this role, the Senior Content Marketing Manager must be a critical thinker, naturally curious, an exceptionally strong writer and highly organized.

    This role is for an experienced content marketing individual who is well-versed in influencing customer perceptions and behaviour through storytelling and world-class content. Working under the Director of Industry Marketing, this role will deliver a variety of content to engage customers and prospects throughout the buyer journey.

    The ideal candidate for this role has experience developing a variety of content and is an expert in B2B behaviour and content consumption.     About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

    Background

  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: marketing, communications, journalism, English, business or other related field. Graduate degree preferred (MBA, Marketing, etc)
  • 5 + years of work experience in a global brand B2B marketing and communications role. Experience or knowledge of the information services industry preferred
  • 3 + years of experience managing numerous projects concurrently, meeting aggressive deadlines, and accommodating changes in strategy or priority

  • What will you be doing in this role?

  • Planning: Build comprehensive and measurable content marketing plan for the Intellectual Property industry in alignment with the go to market strategy
  • Content Creation : lead content development and contribute copywriting, editing and proofreading for industry reports, webinars, white papers, industry speaking engagements, case studies, blog posts and web pages. Manage external copywriters to expedite content creation.
  • Content Calendar : Develop and maintain the content and publishing calendar, collaborating, and coordinating with teammates and other teams (Strategy, Product, Sales, Product Marketing, Creative Services) for successful implementation.
  • Content Marketing : Engage customers and prospects throughout the buyer's journey and influence customer perception and behavior. Seek out customer stories and differentiate our product brands.
  • About the Team

    This role will report into the Director for Industry Marketing working as part of a team of 2 Content Marketing Managers working within the wider marketing team in the IP segment at Clarivate.

    Hours of Work

    Full-time permanent role, based in the London office on a hybrid basis, 2 days' per week in the office.
