    Description

    The HR OperationsSpecialist position is a fantastic opportunity tojoin a diverse and dynamic global HR Operations team.

    You will be part of a global HR support teamdelivering a seamless and positive employee experience at alllevels in the organization. As part of the Global HR Operationsteam you will be the connection point between the employees and theGlobal HR function. This role will provide day to day HR support toemployees in UK and across various countries inEurope.

    Tasks

    You will ensureefficiency and accuracy across transactional HR Operationsresponsibilities aligned to all phases of the employee lifecyleincluding but not limited to:

    • Dataentry and audits in local and global HR systems including HRIS andtime and absence tools and systems
    • Supportrecruitment activities and coordinate with Hiring Managers and ourTalent Acquisition team
    • Issue employmentcontracts and agreements
    • Facilitate new joinerprocesses to ensure completion of all requirements includingcompliance with training requirements and internal processes fornew joiners
    • Maintain employee files makingcertain files are compliant with statutory and regulatoryrequirements and aligned to internalprocedures
    • Support offboarding processes foremployees handle inquiries prepare required documentation andpartner with internal teams to facilitate a wellcoordinatedexit
    • Support and coordinate requirements fordisciplinaries as directed by HRBPs
    • Liaise withinternal support functions to coordinate workflows and ensuresuccessful and timely completion of internal procedures. Keystakeholder groups such as Global HR colleagues: HRIS TalentAcquisition HRBPs and internal support functions: IT Legal FinanceOperations amongstothers.

    Requirements

    • Experiencein HR/People Operations role with a solid understanding ofrequirements regulations and data privacy guidelines in the UK andEuropean countries. As well as experience with HRIS platforms anddemonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
    • Soft skills: teamplayer organizedresultsoriented analytical & problem solver innovative andcustomer focused.
    • Demonstrated proficiency inthe full MS Office Suite including MS Outlook Excel andPowerPoint
    • Location: Manchester UKpreferred.
