    Experience working within childcare is essentialCherryvale Nursery who are part of the Family First Group are looking for Nursery Bank Staff to join their team on a flexible basis. This will be a 0 hour contract. Our nursery is open from 7.30am - 18:30pm and we would require you to be able to work varied shift patterns between those times.


    As Bank Staff, you will:
    As bank staff, you will be responsible for supporting the team in the health, safety, and well-being of the children in our care. You will be allocated a group of children within the room you are working that day working alongside and with the support of the nursery's permanent team members.
    • You will be a part of supporting each child's individual needs, interests, and learning whilst providing effective interaction within a fun and stimulating environment that allows them to explore and discover\Duties and responsibilities in this job description are not exhaustive or restrictive, changes and other duties relevant to this post may be added.As Bank Staff, you will need:
      Fluent in written and spoken English – essential. Level 2 / Level 3 Childcare Qualification - desirable. Over 1 year's experience of working in Early Years – desirable. Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements – desirable. Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating – desirable.
