About King's:

The Residence and Sports Engineering Team manage the maintenance for 3 Residence Buildings and 2 Sports Grounds located around London.

About the role:
We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Handyperson for the Residence and Sports Engineering Team.

The role is responsible for completing planned and routine maintenance, undertaking maintenance and fabric repairs, completing visual checks of mechanical and electrical assets whilst managing their own workload and working alongside Technicians.

The role is versatile, with multiple duties and responsibilities and should be carried out to the required standard, whilst remaining compliant and providing excellent customer service.

This is a full time post (35 hours per week), on an indefinite contract.

Essential criteria

Previous demonstrated maintenance/fabric experience and supporting qualifications
Demonstrable mechanical, carpentry, and electrical knowledge
IT literate particularly in Excel
Flexible attitude and team player
Good health and safety knowledge
Legionella awareness
Excellent customer service skills
Managing work assigned through and iPad and CAFM system
