A well known and respected investment fund is looking for a hands-on CFO to take ownership of a significant project, £1000-£1500 per day.

This role offers hybrid working (London based office).

As CFO, you will be tasked with the following:

Creating a new group structure in line with the new business strategy
Working closely with senior stakeholders to align integration project planning
Running the integration of multiple business entities from a finance view point
Creating and implementing new team structures
Implementing best in class processes, policies and controls in alignment with the new business structure
Creating budgets and forecasts in line with the business plan/strategy
Assist with the systems integration

You will be a qualified accountant with significant experience in a senior finance leadership position.

You will have demonstrable experience of leading & delivering integration projects previously and have prior experience of working in an investment/PE/VC business environment.

Experience of working in technology, telco, infrastructure or related sectors would be highly beneficial.

In addition, you will have a hands-on, proactive approach along side excellent stakeholder management skills.

you will also be comfortable working in a fast paced, constantly changing work environment where adaptability, prioritisation and attention to detail are key.
