Are you a customer-service orientated leader in property management looking to work hand in glove with a high-end client?


As the Head of Residential Property Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a varied mixed-use portfolio.

The client is a prestigious figure in the industry with a wealth of interesting and challenging assets, ranging from residential, block management and commercial.


You will be expected to:

  • Lead and inspire the residential management team, providing guidance, support and motivation to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the portfolio, including maintenance, repairs and property inspections.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including residential and commercial occupiers, contractors, local authorities and other partners to ensure the smooth running of the portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, including health and safety, fire safety, building regulations and data protection.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the portfolio to the client on a regular basis.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the value of the portfolio and improve the customer experience for occupiers.

You should be able to demonstrate:

  • At least 10 years' experience in residential management or a related field, preferably in London.
  • RICS qualified or relevant equivalent degree
  • Experience managing a team and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property management, including maintenance, repairs and property inspections.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • A proactive and strategic approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
  • A strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
