£20,000 & £60,000 OTE

GKR is delighted to be exclusively recruiting for an extremely well known, global agency who are on the look out for their next superstar Lettings Negotiator.

If you are a Lettings Negotiator with London experience and are ready to progress your career with an agency who provide incredible stock, commission structure and a tight knit team, then this is your sign to start 2023 with your dream job

Main duties:

  • Qualifying new applicants
  • Arranging and carryingout viewings
  • Providing a firstclass service to all stake holders
  • Ensuring clients' expectations are managed correctly, with the aim of exceeding them.
  • Negotiating with all parties to ensure the best outcome for everyone
  • Managing the process from an offer being agreed to Tenancy Agreements being signed, through to movein

What we need in you:

  • At least 1 years experience as a Lettings Negotiator in London
  • Motivated, hard working and will be able to cope with high volume
