We're recruiting to the post of Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Health, to provide strategic direction and overall leadership and management of Adult Social Care services and health, including commissioning, business assessment and management. The postholder will take on the statutory DASS role.

You will lead on health and social care integration, working with partners across the integrated care system to refocus and remodel services in place, to improve population health and deliver more joined up health and care in a cost effective manner.

You will have the opportunity to shape the integration between health and social care, working with partners to set the culture of increased joint working and commissioning, and improvements to service delivery that will make a real difference for our residents.
