    Electrical Qualifications needed consist of the below - City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical Engineering
    18th Edition
    City & Guilds 2391 testing and inspecting

    About the role:

    We are looking to take on board a strong Technical Services Manager to cover a High-End Commercial Environment in the heart of London.

    They are looking for a reliable Site Manager to contribute to the M&E works and running's onsite and to report straight back to the Account manager.


    Responsibilities:
    Management and supervision of the team in accordance with Procedures and Policies
    Ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance, and repair of the sites M&E
    Plant and Equipment and Services.
    Compliance with and record keeping
    Organise and if necessary, assist in reactive repairs to the sites M&E systems
    Attend site and manage reactive repairs as instructed by client and Site Staff/System.

    Prioritising and delegating reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to the Engineering team and Supply Partners ensuring optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved.

    Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices Candidate requirements:
    The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
    The ideal candidate has bundles of experience as a site supervisor and within the facilities maintenance industry.
    Strong building services background.
    At least three years' experience in a supervisory position. Contact us to apply
