Description

In this role, you would be responsible for managing the supply planning activities of various supply chains to support the supply of more than $100M in sales revenue per annum.

You would be required to create and manage replenishment plans, ensuring they are performed in an efficient, effective and timely manner, as well as managing inventory at an asset level to support global inventory targets.

You would also be responsible for the Supply Planning and Review process as part of the global S&OP process and for implementing policies and processes that support strategies to supply products effectively and efficiently to Europe.

Additionally, you would be expected to collaborate with Logistics, Quality, Procurement and Financial Teams, providing guidance and expertise where necessary.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the Global S&OP strategy by owning and continuously improve the supply planning and review process. Ensuring all KPI targets are met including 99% service level for A class products, inventory target for each asset and OTIF is >90
  • Lead the Supply Review meetings with internal, joint venture and global 3rd party suppliers as part of the S&OP cycle and work to resolve potential capacity constraints and mitigate risks and realise opportunities.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives internally with the Supply Planning Team and with allocated suppliers to reduce cost, increase gross margin and ultimately improve profitability

Replenishment Planning- Provide the Replenishment plans to global suppliers at the agreed horizon and time during the monthly planning cycle and monitor the execution of the orders and the suppliers' performance is align with the contractual agreement- Ensure that long term replenishment forecasts are provided to the supplier at the agree frequency.- Responsible to monitor and maintain the accuracy of the planning parameters and master data.- Develop the inventory policy and establish inventory parameters (e.g. ABC and safety stock setting) for each product in scope in line the with wider product group strategy.- Interact with the Demand Planners to understand and interpret the potential impact that market trends and demand driver can have on inventory and proactively adjust inventory plans to reflect those to consistently ensure the inventory levels are in line with the strategy.- Work closely and proactively with the Demand Planners, Suppliers, Logistics, Quality, Procurement and Financial Teams to identify and resolve problems related to the supply and availability of product.


Influencing and Communication- Ability to influence to internal and external global stakeholders to achieve the optimal results for Mundipharma through conflict resolution and partnership.- Deliver effective communication at all levels including team members, suppliers and Director of Supply Chain Planning through the Sales and Operational Planning cycle.- Ensure compliance with statutory duties, regulation and legislation.- Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal, Code of Business Ethics, environmental policies and general duty of care.- When appropriate to the function create, revise and maintain up to date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Ensure compliance with GxP.

Qualifications:

  • Experience of working in Supply planning at a global level with multiple end customers.
  • ERP system experience.
  • Good level of knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience of developing an S&OP process maturity.
