    The purpose of the role is to establish and ensure ongoing compliance with all statutory, regulatory, legislative and fiduciary duties.

    implementation of a new Internal Controls Framework; and coordination of timely statutory accounts preparation, audit work and tax submissions.

    The Financial Controller will work closely with the Financial Shared Service Centre (FSSC), both onshore and offshore, whose role is to deliver all operational and transactional activities for the entities.

    Manage all financial aspects of the central service entities to ensure timely and accurate accounting and reporting. Coordinate the preparation, review, sign-off and submission of statutory accounts and all tax returns. Drive completion of external audit reviews.
    Ensure adherence to the Internal Controls Framework, ensuring that all necessary controls and reconciliations are in place. Ensure clear accountabilities and ways of working with the Financial Shared Service Centre (FSSC).

    Qualified Finance professional (ACA, ACCA)
    Expert knowledge of filing commitments (including tax)
    Comfortable working at pace and able to take an agile approach
