    Permanent Working Hours: 18.5 per week (we can be flexible over the days worked)

    Grade F - £30,296 to £33,024 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

    As a Rent Account Manager, you will possess the drive and commitment to help us offer our tenants excellent, customer-focused service and maximise rental income through detailed advice, support and assistance regarding rent arrears and welfare benefits.

    Experience in rent collection and pursuing rent arrears including a working knowledge of legal procedures related to rent arrears and other debt recovery
    Knowledge of housing benefits and welfare benefits
    Experience of working in a housing environment and an ability to learn
    Must demonstrate an awareness and understanding of equality issues and a commitment to the implementation of NCCs Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy and objectives
