We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leisure Club Supervisor to join our team.

As a Leisure Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the leisure club, ensuring that our guests receive the best possible experience.

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the leisure club, including managing staff schedules, ensuring that the club is well-maintained and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.

Providing excellent customer service to guests and addressing any concerns or complaints that they may have.
Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new members.
Conducting regular staff meetings to ensure that all staff members are up-to-date on club policies and procedures.
Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff members.
Providing reports to the Leisure Club Manager on club performance and guest feedback.
Previous experience working in a leisure club or similar environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
