    We have excellent children and visitors often comment on how much of a credit they are to our school.

    We are a small school (single form from reception to Y6) but we are currently highly subscribed across all classes (with several classes having a waiting list).

    As a school we have a relatively new, but highly experienced leadership in place with diverse skill sets.

    We are looking for someone to join this and support our vision to enable to school to move forwards during the next stage of our evolution and would like to know more about you and how you could help us on our path to excellence.

    A recently established well-being group has already started to make an impact in this important area.

    The successful applicant will show a history of making impacts within their role and of supporting colleagues to gro

    w and develop within theirs too. The TLR will support and reward the successful candidate to develop and make a clear impact within the areas set out (ie. EYFS) and other school areas.

    It is important the successful candidate uses their own professional development as a tool by which to support and kindle the love of lifelong learning for students, at home and throughout their educational journey.


    We are looking for a committed, talented and inspirational teacher (and leader) who:
    * has a proven track record of excellent teaching and organisational skills, particularly in EYFS, including the ability to adapt and focus in on key areas for each child
    * has high expectations for themselves, their students and their colleagues,
    * understands and adapts to the children and their needs, allowing them to work effectively
    * has excellent knowledge and teaching for early reading / phonics (RWI)
    * has a passion for education and educating children
    * is able to monitor, evaluate and impact quickly at all times
    * is capable and experienced in monitoring , evaluation and working with secure data for school and LEA purposes
    * is a strong communicator and able to be strategic whilst also being approachable
    * an excellent knowledge of the standards expected within our role as teachers
