We currently have an exciting opportunity for a
Project Support Coordinator to join our Change and Transformation team on a fixed term basis until the end of December 2024.

We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.


Our Project Delivery Professionals play an essential role in delivering the transformational change needed to achieve the future shape of Housing Plus Group.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Project Delivery team as we continue to grow and expand our project delivery capabilities.


The role


As a
Project Support Coordinator, you will provide a diverse range of support to the delivery of the programme's objectives.

You will enable the smooth running of the project by supporting the Head of Programmes and Project Managers through the monitoring and execution of robust assurance processes, as well as the co-ordination of management actions / activities on their behalf.


You will be responsible for maintaining crucial project documents which track project progress, the filing of such documents in an appropriate database or library, and you will ensure that all documents are accurate and have been signed off.


What skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Experience of facilitating meetings at all levels.
  • Ability to review and report information accurately.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels in a concise and clear manner.
  • Experience of working in a fastpaced Project, Implementation or administrative related environment.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to flex across a range of priorities and deliver quality outcomes in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to facilitate project workshops and events (if required)
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge / understanding of one or more of the following functions: reporting, planning, risks & issues, governance & assurance, project management, implementation management, project administration support.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and make positive suggestions and with support from the Head of Projects, take ownership and management of making ideas happen.
  • Good communication skills in both written form and in person
  • Competent in using IT and Microsoft Office tools
