About The Role

We have ambitious growth plans and as part of this we have a great opportunity for a Sales Director to shape, evolve and drive forward the transformation of our Sales strategy.

This is a role where you can make a real difference to shaping allpay's future by Leading the Business Development and Customer Experience functions.

Whilst this role will not directly sit on our Board of Directors you will play a key role in our Senior Leadership Team.

In addition, you will form part of our commercial team where you will work closely with various areas of the allpay business, such as our Strategy and Product Marketing teams to understand the marketplace in detail aligning opportunities and campaigns in a data driven way.

Some of the other elements you will be leading/involved in are:

  • Responsibility for building a consultative approach to client relationship development and identifying opportunity to promote long term strategic partnerships.
  • Accountable for the business reaching sales revenue targets and customer experience through the continuous improvement of the client journey.
  • Acting as a role model for the company and engage with high level stakeholders to support delivering allpay's growth aspirations.
  • You will be key with building our strategic partnerships and opening up new growth opportunities for allpay.
  • You will be Leading, coaching and mentoring the Head of Business Development, Head of Customer Experience and the Presales Technical Manager, plus the wider team to support an environment of continuous learning.
  • You will also be leading the wider team with driving the business into new market opportunities.

About You

  • Good knowledge of our marketplace and emerging trends within this, having the ability to understand how this can translate into the allpay world.
  • Being able to design a strategic vision for the Sales team and then relate this to operational delivery.
  • New markets experience, launching new products into different marketplaces.
  • Excellent proven leadership background with the ability to build and motivate high performing Sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and rapport building skills across Senior levels internally and externally.
  • High level of agility with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment to improve operational performance.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with knowledge of the impact of the opportunity on finance, legal and operations of the business and work with these functions to optimise outcomes for clients and allpay.
