- Preparing suitability reports effectively
- Thorough understanding of financial planning, pensions, and investments
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

- While not mandatory, familiarity with tools like Dynamic Planner, SelectAPension, etc., would be beneficial
