YOUR ROLE

Our Air Export Operation Team based in Hounslow, that provides our customers with an exceptional and efficient export solutions, is looking for a Shift Coordinator to ensure that all air shipments are executed in an effective and efficient way.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the Air Export Supervisor, you will be in charge of executing all air export consolidation shipments and documentation to ensure customer delivery is fulfilled to the highest standard.

This will involve preparation, control and distribution of all required export documentation to 3rd parties, whilst complying with regulations and internal processes, ensuring any returning documents are thoroughly checked and meet the necessary requirements.

You will be proactive in monitoring the shipments by contacting the customer service team and operations to get all the information needed and update the tracking and tracing system in a timely manner.

You will contribute to gaining new business by providing stakeholders with rate and service information that they require.

As a crucial part of this role, you will build and maintain close relationships with strategic carriers to ensure that shipments are profitable and maintain a high standard of on-time performance.

This role requires to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 7am - 7pm or 8am - 8pm.
