We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Security Site Coordinator at our one of offices in Dunstable, Bedfordshire.

Our client provides specialist risk focussed workplace & property management services to a wide range of complex clients throughout the UK.

We are looking for you to bring your sophistication and talent to exceed in this position.

As a Security Site Coordinator, you will be the face and ambassador for Wilson James.

You will go above and beyond the call of duty and provide an engaging and community focused service for our client.

Running the day-to-day operation on site and reporting into the account manager. You will be responsible for a number of tasks including Health & Safety, Security and Community Engagement.

Main responsibilities will include:

Coordinating the business park unit, including all communal areas and common ground
Ensure onsite contractors are compliant with health and safety.
First point of call for client, residents, and other service providers.
Undertaking meter readings and carrying out patrols, alarm and CCTV monitoring
Ensure constant adherence to standards, policies and procedures and delivery of an efficient and effective service. Protect the client's staff and assets by effectively controlling access to the site and promoting security awareness.

What we can offer you:

- £32,000 per annum

5 days a week to 1700
