We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bars Manager to join the team at a prestigious boutique luxury property located central London. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of back-office operations, coupled with extensive knowledge and expertise in crafting exquisite cocktails.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bar Management: Oversee all aspects of bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
2. Staff Training and Development: Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff to maintain exceptional standards of service and hospitality.
3. Inventory Management: Implement effective inventory control procedures to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
4. Financial Management: Monitor budgets, analyze financial data, and implement strategies to optimize revenue and reduce costs.
5. Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and safety standards, maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
6. Customer Experience: Continuously strive to enhance the guest experience by delivering personalized service and creating memorable moments.
7. Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative cocktail menus that reflect the property's luxury brand and cater to diverse tastes.
8. Event Management: Coordinate and oversee bar service for special events, private functions, and promotions.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Bars Manager in a luxury hospitality environment, preferably within a boutique property or established restaurant.
2. Strong knowledge of back-office operations, including inventory management, financial analysis, and compliance.
3. Exceptional cocktail knowledge and proficiency in mixology techniques.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
