Lead Project Design Engineer - £50,000 - £60,000

Managing projects from concept to completion.
Mentoring junior engineers.
Opportunity to become the Design Manager.

Our client is considered as experts in the design and manufacture of bespoke machinery / systems for the renewable energy industry, working with humanitarian charities across the world.

Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a Chartered Mechanical Engineer
Ability to manage a project from concept to completion, coming up with designs from scratch.
Good knowledge or having worked closely with electrical engineering would be beneficial, including PLCs.
Project management qualification i.e., Experience managing costings, logistics and the operational side of a project.
Commercial awareness.

In return, you will work in a flexible working environment (Monday to Friday - days based), working alongside experts in their field.
