- Mix filter paints.
- Lifts and carries paint and thinners every time paint is mixed.
- Set up pots and guns.
- Paints and spatters working samples.
- Fills in all documentation.
- Masks.
- Strips and cleans paint booths.
- Lifts mouldings in and out of racks and trolleys (normally three times
- each moulding).
- Pushes and pulls racks and trolleys to destination (fifteen to twenty
- times a day).
- Lifts and cleans metal paint masks.
- Reading technical, basic writing and conversational speaking skills.
- Knowledge of the products and the paint finish required.
- At least 1 year's experience of work within a manufacturing organisation as a Paint Sprayer (plastic manufacturer preferred).
- Relevant college education/completed Apprenticeship.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Drive to meet targets.
- Quality orientated.
- Process and retain information well.
- Dexterity, accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication with the Foreman and colleagues.
- Any other duties as considered appropriate to this position.
- Must be flexible in working hours and moving from site to site.

No shift allowance applicable to this role
Overtime at flat basic rate
All candidates will have to attend a paint spraying test with our Senior Paint Technician.
