The Digital Asset Risk Management COO / Change Management Lead will report to the Global Head of Digital Asset Enterprise Risk Management.

The Change Management Lead will be senior coordinator for transformation and infrastructure delivery efforts across Independent Risk Management to ensure that the Independent Risk Management organization has robust risk management infrastructure and controlsto manage digital asset risk firmwide.

The mandate of the Change Management Lead covers all regions, all Citi business lines (Institutional Clients Group and Personal Banking & Wealth Management) and all digital asset products: central bank digital currencies, stablecoins, digital securities, cryptocurrenciesand enterprise blockchain.

The Change Management Lead will support the Global Head of Digital Asset Enterprise Risk Management in relation to his senior engagements in relation to change management and infrastructure delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, own, manage and monitor a digital asset risk management infrastructure plan spanning Independent Risk Management, working in conjunction with all relevant Independent Risk Management departments
Hold action owners accountable for delivery of agreed action items at the agreed timelines
Manage prioritization, resourcing and escalation matters
Ensure alignment of Independent Risk Management's infrastructure buildout with the firm's strategic priorities in digital assets, and coordinate with the first line of defense to ensure alignment
Provide periodic senior management updates
Support the Global Head of Digital Asset Enterprise Risk Management in relation to his senior engagements and deliverables in relation to change management and infrastructure delivery

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree is required with extensive years of relevant experience
Considerable experience in the field of financial services and/or banking, or with a regulator or industry body
Prior experience in change management, transformation and/or infrastructure delivery
Understanding and/or demonstrated interest in digital assets
Familiarity with Citi's businesses and products, or the equivalent at organizations of similar complexity and maturity
A proven track record of advocacy and ability to liaise across diverse stakeholder groups
