Description
As a Project Support Administrator, you'll be responsible for providing admin support to a busy Partnership/Projects team.

This is a part-time role and the FTE salary is 22K.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to facilitate successful service delivery.
  • Set up, develop and maintain appropriate filing systems, databases and records.
  • Collect, collate and analyse information and produce reports as required.
  • Prepare project progress reports; provide the statistical data and other information required by partners for monitoring.
  • Organise, coordinate and promote events, meetings and training.
This is initially a 2 year, fixed-term contract.

There will be some flex on hours worked and you'll have previous experience of working within a fast paced administrative role.

Microsoft Office and Excel experience required.

  • Administration: 3 years (preferred)
