- Develop & maintain professional, respectful and collaborative relationships with our external supply partners (Jewellery, Leathergoods, Homeware)
- Drive day to day supplier management, problem solving, supporting, setting & driving action plans
- Manage preparation, data collection, analysis & output of Supplier Annual Business Performance Reviews
- Manage any Special Projects against a given brief eg product components, new product categories
- Drilling down on this data on a monthly basis, to validate the information, reporting back with observations and proposals. Using this data to flag any impact pertaining to supplier capacities
- Manage planning and tracking of raw materials eg leather / component stocks
- Own New Supplier set up within company database
- Manage and resolve any supplier related and escalated shipping issues
- Own all Supplier related sustainable product packaging, managing regular updates, and supplier conformance
- Strong project management skills with excellent critical path tracking from concept to project delivery
- You love working in a creative environment
