    The Supplier Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join our fast paced, energetic team, to help us continue with our ambitious development and growth plans.

    This is a multi faceted role, managing our suppliers across all product categories (Jewellery, Leathergoods, Homeware, Assay)

    We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal, organisational, and commercial skills, to manage and support our supply partners to ensure our beautiful product is produced, delivered on time, and in line with our stringent quality and sustainability standards to exceed our customers' expectations.

    Supplier Management


    • Develop & maintain professional, respectful and collaborative relationships with our external supply partners (Jewellery, Leathergoods, Homeware)
    • Drive day to day supplier management, problem solving, supporting, setting & driving action plans
    • Manage preparation, data collection, analysis & output of Supplier Annual Business Performance Reviews
    Manage any resourcing projects, researching and scaling for business growth


    • Manage any Special Projects against a given brief eg product components, new product categories
    Communicate any supplier information which impacts or gives risk to on time delivery

    • Drilling down on this data on a monthly basis, to validate the information, reporting back with observations and proposals. Using this data to flag any impact pertaining to supplier capacities
    • Manage planning and tracking of raw materials eg leather / component stocks
    Support with cost analysis projects
    Manage Supplier Portal training and ongoing technical support


    • Own New Supplier set up within company database
    • Manage and resolve any supplier related and escalated shipping issues
    • Own all Supplier related sustainable product packaging, managing regular updates, and supplier conformance
    An analytical mindset with good Excel skills, and sound commercial judgement


    • Strong project management skills with excellent critical path tracking from concept to project delivery

    • Travel Requirements
    Minimum 4 days per week travel to our Norfolk Office & Periodic travel to our London Operations site, plus quarterly travel overseas
