    Administrator

    Are you an administrator with excellent customer service skills and a keen eye for detail? Are you looking for a career and opportunity to develop?

    About the Administrator Role

    As Administrator your role will be to support our Consultants by liaising with our customers and producing quality bespoke reports. You will join a team of administrators and will need to have had exposure to a customer service role, be confident and proactive with a good work ethic.

    Administrator Responsibilities

    Your role will principally be administration support for a specified number of Consultants, organising internal and external meetings, preparation of site visits and documents, responding to customers when required, formatting and proof reading reports and populating information onto our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Tasks will also include supporting Consultants with commercial activities including sales, contract management and renewals.

    Salary & Benefits

    The basic salary for the Administrator role is £22,000-£25,000 depending on your experience.

    On top of your basic salary, you will also receive:

    Skills and Requirements

    • Strong proactive communication and excellent interpersonal skills;
    • Experience of working in a team;
    • Experience in supporting commercial activities and contract management;
    • Great organisational and planning skills with the ability to work to deadlines with self motivation;
    • Excellent command of written English;
    • Good level IT software competence particularly Microsoft Word;
    • Resilience of dealing with pressures from other departments, be flexible and able to prioritise workload;
    • Willingness to provide solutions to problems;
    • Excellent attention to detail; and
    • Good typing speed and be able to demonstrate a high level of quality and accuracy.
