Job description:
Are you an Operations Manager looking for a new challenge?

Are you adaptable and resilient?

Do you have 2-3 years of experience working as an Operations Manager?


If the answer to all those questions is a yes then this Operations Manager role could be your next step.

You will ensure resilience of the two ClearDebit bureaux and will heavily focus on pulling them into one cohesive bureau over time with the General Managerand Product Manager.

Key Accountabilities:


  • Managing Direct Debit processing teams based in London and Newcastle
  • Overseeing and ensuring accuracy and quality of daily Direct Debit bureaux processing
  • Working with Software Development team to ensure customer support and BAU runs smoothly, and new installation projects are delivered in accordance with customer requirements
  • Business Continuity planning and testing
  • Ensuring adherence to GDPR and document management best practice
  • Managing suppliers and assisting the internal finance team and group shared service with invoice queries
  • Liaising with key customers
  • Documenting procedures for 3rd party monitoring (Bacs inspections)

Required skills & experience:


  • Organised, datadriven with customer focus
  • Demonstrate analytical and risk averse thought processes
  • Strong team player and problemsolving skills
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of working in a large corporate environment
  • 23 years of experience in a similar role

Desirables:


  • Previous experience in direct debit or payments.
