**Job Description

Grade 5- £30699-£33819pa**As the London Borough of Havering's CAD 0-5 Team we are committed to supporting children with additional needs from birth.

We are focussed on supporting families and achieving positive outcomes together. We support children with complex needs and ensure that they are given the right tools to thrive.

We are a close knit team of strong and experienced practitioners who are keen to share good practice and welcome new members to the team.

The primary purpose of this role is to work with children and young people with complex special educational needs and disabilities and settings that they attend.

You will provide practical parenting support to families through home visiting and outreach work and undertake direct work with children, young people and families.
