Credit Controller - Partington, United Kingdom - Medlock Partners Ltd
Description
Credit Controller // Trafford region // £27,500 plus bonus.Medlock partners are working with a leading, International , manufacturing company in the Trafford Borough to appoint an experienced Credit Controller.
This innovative business are hugely successful whist trailblazing in terms of their sustainability credentials.The successful candidate will join a well-established and close knit team who work well together to build excellent relationships with their customers.
This person will play a vital role in ensuring that their own portfolio of accounts are well managed and payments are up to date.
Duties:
Chasing payments via phone, email - managing workflow to maximise collection and keep levels of aged debt to a minimum
Allocate payments, of various currencies, to correct accounts
Account reconciliations
Maintain up-to-date, accurate information on customer accounts
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure queries and disputes are resolved
Produce reports as required, on a weekly and monthly basis
Contribute to effective risk-management
Contribute to continuous process improvement and best practice Experience:
Previous credit control experience, in a business-to-business environment
Confident, pro-active individual who is able to build strong relationships
Experience dealing with multiple currencies is welcomed
Exposure to working in a large, complex group of businesses is welcomed
Articulate individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organised and able to work to multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong team player
Good systems skills, including Excel In return, you will receive excellent support and development and hybrid working after an initial probation period.
You will also be eligible for an annual bonus payment in addition to a range of other benefits
