Description

Working for a large retail supporting the Senior Online Trading Manager you will play a key role in maximizing KPIs and driving insights, actions, and measurable trading improvements across their portfolio.

They offer hybrid working from their office based in Kings Cross.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing the daytoday trade operations of their website across all regions
  • Maintaining and optimising onsite customer journey for all devices and customer groups in line with the business goals and trading plan
  • Work with Online Trading Assistants and Admin Assistant to optimise product conversion across the sites through onsite merchandising, product recommendations, crosssell and up sell opportunities
  • Work closely with the Senior Online Trading Manager on the strategic planning of the site
  • Oversee and optimise product, category and campaign launches across the sites
  • Identify opportunities for customer journey improvements through web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- previous experience in a trading role within an online business essential

  • Highly analytical and commercially driven
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fastpaced environment
