I have a great opportunity to join an industry leading business in Birchwood, Warrington, on a full-time permanent basis as a Customer Service Advisor.

The role is Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5:00. No weekends or evenings This company are known to retain, look after and progress their staff.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with customer service experience who is looking to join a busy, friendly,and supportive team.

Working as part of the Customer Services team, you will be passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience to new and existing customers.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Dealing with all customer enquiries, such as checking stock availability and dealing with customer technical product queries
  • Liaising with the logistics/operational teams to chase up outstanding customer orders and making sure the customer is kept informed of any delays or changes in delivery requests
  • Sales support such as sales administration, updating price files and quotations.

Skills & requirements:


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills, objection handling skills, good telephone manner
