I have a great opportunity to join an industry leading business in Birchwood, Warrington, on a full-time permanent basis as a Customer Service Advisor.

The role is Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5:00. No weekends or evenings This company are known to retain, look after and progress their staff.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with customer service experience who is looking to join a busy, friendly,and supportive team.

Working as part of the Customer Services team, you will be passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience to new and existing customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Dealing with all customer enquiries, such as checking stock availability and dealing with customer technical product queries
Liaising with the logistics/operational teams to chase up outstanding customer orders and making sure the customer is kept informed of any delays or changes in delivery requests
Sales support such as sales administration, updating price files and quotations.
