    Description

    An organisation that empowers brands to flourish and help clients build strong brands by combining creativity with the highest quality print and production has an excellent opportunity for an experienced 'Client Services Manager' to join their fun-loving, creative and talented team, producing the highest quality print and production for some major brands. You will be responsible for managing client accounts and their projects, providing excellent customer service and introducing new clients.

    Applicants need to be able to easily drive/ commute to their Mitcham Junction office and be able to visit clients in London and surrounding areas.

    Previous experience is essential.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing client accounts to provide excellent customer service by interpreting their needs into cost effective, budget achievable solutions, which are delivered on time and to the high standard required.
    • Providing estimates and converting quotations into jobs by chasing and winning estimates/new jobs to meet company targets.
    • Managing all administration duties related to client accounts.
    • Meeting and exceeding set business targets and client Service Level Agreements.
    • Retaining and growing the existing client base by seeking to identifying additional opportunities through emailing, calling and meeting directly with clients.
    • Introducing new clients and growing these sales for the future.

    Your knowledge, skills and experience:

    • 2/3 years of experience within the print industry.
    • Excellent communication skills, being able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and suppliers over the phone, email and in person.
    • Basic numeracy and financial skills.
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines by solving problems with own initiative, juggling multiple tasks simultaneously and managing own time successfully
