_Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to be responsible for the successful delivery of a variety of projects on time and on budget.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Successfully deliver assigned projects to the highest service standards with mínimal supervision
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the client business and objectives
  • Own and oversee the project management of a range of projects to ensure client service satisfaction, manage performance to agreed client service level agreements, ensure successful project delivery on time and on budget
  • Manage project tasks including initial brainstorms, proposal generation, statement of work, service level agreement, kick off meetings, project plans, budgets, timelines, taking and distributing contact reports for internal and external meetings, managementof team hours, delegate management and onsite event management, as well as other event tasks required to deliver the project to an excellent standard
  • Brief in and delegate tasks accordingly within the dedicated project team and working alongside internal colleagues including production, creative, strategy, registration and IT in order to achieve excellent results
  • Ensure that quality processes and tools are incorporated into all daily activities to drive process efficiencies and maintain the highest client service standards
  • Build and maintain effective strategic supplier relationships, manage contracting and ongoing communications with all thirdparty suppliers

Qualifications:


  • Significant experience of working in a similar role
  • Strategic and commercial acumen with ability to manage complex programs with large budgets and an ability to use business intelligence to drive innovation
  • Adept at managing key client and internal relationships
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and charismatic approach to meeting objectives
  • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills when working with clients and colleagues of all levels, able to present ideas and results clearly and effectively and to influence supplier decision making
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workloads whilst maintaining attention to detail and meeting agreed deadlines
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently and as part of a team in a busy office environment
  • A team player who can display leadership skills, able to be approachable yet tenacious especially around best practice process and behaviour
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of loyalty, integrity and discretion
  • IT literate with experience of using Microsoft Office tools and database tool
