- Key member of the executive board.
- Managing Reporting; supervision and co-ordination of production of financial and related information.
- Statutory Reporting; supervision and co-ordination of production of statutory accounts for all legal entities and external audits thereof.
- Commercial Finance – financial analysis.
- Oversight of Payroll and pensions functions.
- Oversight of procurement.
- Responsible for managing the invoicing and credit control functions.
- Oversight of treasury and banking. Responsible for corporate tax, including, corporation tax, capital allowances and VAT.
- Responsible for preparation and forecasting for new projects.

- Oversight of budgeting process.
- Manage and develop the finance team.
- Actively involved in M&A projects.
- Partnering and liaison with parent company.
- Significant leadership/management role in a healthcare organisation (ideally with some experience in pharmaceutical sector)
- Advanced degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field;
- Several years of experience in finance;
- Excellent mathematical skills;

Description
The Finance Director will play a lead role in the company achieving its objectives.All Directors are expected to work as part of an integrated team and take lead responsibility for strategic and corporate issues outside their immediate sphere of responsibility.
The primary focus of this role is to ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
All employees have a duty to report any accidents, complaints, defects in equipment, near misses and untoward incidents, following company procedures.
To ensure that Health and Safety legislation is complied with at all times, including COSHH, Workplace Risk Assessment and Control of Infection.
