    They generally operate in the home counties and work for a variety of clients, including Local Authorities, Private Clients, Commercial Clients ang Architects.

    Assistant Project Manager
    They are currently looking for a driven Assistant Project Manager to join their growing business. The successful candidate will work closely with their Managing Director and the Surveying Team.

    Support Project Planning:
    Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects stay on track.

    Coordination:
    Collaborate with different teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.


    • Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.

    Resource Management:
    Help manage project resources such as materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient utilization.

    Quality Control:
    Assist in monitoring and ensuring the quality of workmanship and materials meet established standards.

    Risk Management:
    Identify potential project risks and work with the team to develop strategies for mitigation.

    Schedule Management:
    Help manage project schedules, track milestones, and adjust plans as needed.

    Budget Tracking:
    Assist in monitoring project expenses and comparing them to the budget, reporting any discrepancies.

    Problem Solving:
    Collaborate with the team to find solutions to unexpected challenges that may arise during the project.
