Senior Finance Interim (6months)

Based:
Manchester (1-2 days office, hybrid)


Salary:
£ per day dependent on experience

Our client is a UK leading, rapidly expanding PE backed services business.

Owned by a larger group, they have plans to double business turnover in the next 3 years through organic growth and acquisitions.

This role will work within the senior finance leadershipteam and be heavily involved in new and current acquisitions.

To be considered you will have

  • Strong IFRS knowledge essential
  • Experience with financial reporting for complex groups essential
  • Experience in transaction accounting for M&A essential
  • Experience in the production of consolidated accounts essential
  • FS background preferred
  • Experience in preacquisition due diligence (buy and sell side) preferred
  • TS experience desired, not essential
  • Audit background desired, not essential
  • Ability to come in and hit the ground running with mínimal supervision.
