See belowA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy team based in Redditch. The company are experiencing a fantastic period of growth and require someone to join the customer service team immediately. This will be a varied roleproviding excellent customer service, completing all related administration and scheduling engineers workloads.
Customer Service Advisor
Redditch
Temporary - 3 months minimum
£ £11.00 (dependent on experience)
9am - 5pm / 8:30am - 4:30pm
Immediate start
Duties will include:
- Receiving calls from customers, answering any general enquiries and directing to relevant departments. All of these must be dealt with swiftly and appropriately.
- Ensuring service calls are logged on to the computer and issued with a job number, completing any relevant paperwork
- Incoming calls relating to pricing queries, booking in an engineer visit and engineers not showing.
- Supporting the schedulling team with any administrative tasks
- Updating and processing information on the database
Requirements:
- Strong Customer Service and / or Administration experience
- Confident telephone manner
- Computer literate use of Microsoft Office
- Able to work well as a team and to own initiative
