Description
I am exclusively recruiting for a growing business, based in South Birmingham to find an HR & Internal Comms Manager to join their Group HR function.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting on HR Projects such as Employee Engagement Surveys, Employee Forums, Talent development, Reward implementation and more
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Leading employee communications via social media and intranet
- Producing MI reports
- Providing generalist and administrative support to the group
- Leading Induction processes
For success, you should have experience in:
- UK Employment Law
- Generalist HR advice and support
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Microsoft Office competency
- Attention to detail
- Influencing at different levels
