I am exclusively recruiting for a growing business, based in South Birmingham to find an HR & Internal Comms Manager to join their Group HR function.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting on HR Projects such as Employee Engagement Surveys, Employee Forums, Talent development, Reward implementation and more
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Leading employee communications via social media and intranet
  • Producing MI reports
  • Providing generalist and administrative support to the group
  • Leading Induction processes

For success, you should have experience in:

  • UK Employment Law
  • Generalist HR advice and support
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
  • Microsoft Office competency
  • Attention to detail
  • Influencing at different levels
