- Manage the annual benefits review process
- Benchmarking data for the global compensation review
- Main point of contact for all benefits queries in the EMEA region
- Responsible for updating and conducting the benefits induction for all employees in the EMEA region
- Mange the implementation of new benefits and modifications of any existing ones
- Create and manage wellbeing events to improve the overall culture of the company
- 4 years minimum experience in a benefits role is essential
- Previous experience in a professional services or financial services environment is essential
- Previous experience implementing and managing benefits
- University degree qualified or a similar qualification
- A key interest in benefits and wellbeing
- High level of energy with strong organisational skills
