Werea BCORP&Multi awardwinning group of pizzerias started by brothers Thom& James 10 years ago by driving a Piaggio ape Tuk Tuk allthe way from Sicily to London on a Pizza Pilgrimage to learn thesecrets of perfect Italian pizza. They went on to set up a marketstall in Soho with an oven in the back of the van & havegrown steadily into one of the UKs most respectedNeapolitan pizza companies.
We use thebest ingredients from Naples includingCaputo flour fresh fior di latte salsiccia e friarielle to make thebest Neapolitan pizza every day.Butwealso know that each day is an opportunity to improve our foodquality ourimpact on the planet and ourtraining.
